Here is a collection of links to Swedish artists and bands. Some links lead to home pages, others to links-collections which guides you to several pages about the artist/band. All artist are sorted by their family names, so Eric Gadd is found under G for example. (Look for Gadd, Eric) Some of the artists, like ABBA are not active anymore, but are still very much alive on the net, usually because of dedicated fans. Some of the pages are in Swedish, sometimes with English sections, sometimes not. If you should run in to a site where you can't understand the text - well, there is usually pictures to look at.
But what music is Swedish? Roxette is Swedish, there is no doubt about it. But how about artists like Lutricia McNeill and Neneh Cherry? Well I have chosen to include artists and bands which are mainly based in Sweden. That's why Lutricia is included. (Married to a Swede, living part-time in Stockholm), but not Neneh (living in Spain, doing music in UK).
